CONSTANTLY VARIED
CrossFit workouts vary in movements, intensity, and duration.  This creates an all around better athlete and prevents the body from adapting to the exercise being done.  With your body always guessing, you see better results.
HIGH INTENSITY
It has been proven that fat loss and fitness gains are best achieved generally when working at a high intensity.  However, high intensity is very individual for each athlete.  At Core we will push you to work hard but we will never push you to work harder than is safe or appropriate for you.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS
Are movements humans were built for. Movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life such as squatting, deadlifting, pulling yourself up, etc. Performing functional movements with perfect or near perfect form aids in you achieving a lifetime of mobility and independence. In addition, functional movements can be scaled for each athletes level and limitations.  For instance, if you have an old knee injury that prevents you from squatting without pain, we can work with different ranges of motion to help you squat safely.
