Fredo picFredo serves as a performance coach for Core Health & Wellness helping employers keep their staff healthy, productive and injury free. He teaches employees to perform work-related movements safely and correctly. Fredo also incorporates stretching and strength conditioning movements with a goal of reducing workplace sprains, strains and overexertion injuries.

Fredo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from ASU. He also has a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate and a certificate in Rock Tape Performance Movement Techniques. His background and education help him in his work with employee movement assessments, addressing issues linked to joint fixation, soft tissue dysfunction, as well as poor posture and stability of the body’s core.

Fredo is hard working, always follows through and is a team player. In his work with people, which is typically on a very personal level, Fredo is able to quickly gain their trust and confidence. He exercises good judgement and demonstrates solid rational thinking when solving problems.
